摘要:AbstractTurnover intention can create a bad impact for the organization, such as increasing absenteeism and lowering submissive behavior. The goal of this research is to find the capacity of organizational justice to influence lecturer's turnover intentions, mediated by job satisfaction and moderated by power distance. This research uses 100 institutional lecturers in Banjarmasin City, Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia, and analyzed by WarpPLS 5.0 software. The findings of this research show that job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational justice to turnover intention, while power distance does not moderate the influence of organizational justice to turnover intention.
