摘要：AbstractPerformance Management System needs improvement in the face of the level of competition in the 21st century as increasingly stringent and urgent things need to be done by each company. This paper is a study to see how big a role fixes Performance Management System in improvement of performance family company. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the role of the dimensions that play a role in the Performance Management System. While the performance of the company as a form of evidence that the company uses resources efficiently, focus on continuous improvement and effectiveness organization.
