摘要:AbstractThe aims of this research are to determine the influence and role of the independent variables, namely leadership style, corporate culture and employee motivation on employee performance. Furthermore, another purpose of this experiment is to determine the role of corporate culture and employee motivation as a mediating variable of leadership style related with the employee performance.
