摘要:AbstractThe paper presents factors, influencing the success of business models used in the hospitality industry. The methodology of the research are scientific literature analysis and synthesis. The main results of the research showed that the success of the business, acting in the hospitality, grounded on the customer value creation, innovations implemented in the processes of the service delivery, and relationships with other partners in the sector, as well as customer.
