摘要：This article discusses the conceptual problems of the energy conversion process from radiant radiation into the energy of flows and electric energy in solar convective-vortex power plants. Moreover, this research includes the analysis of the factors that can contribute to the achievement of the optimal conditions for the control of the thermal energy concentration processes of solar radiation into the energy of tornado-like flows. Also, this article will discuss the results of the development of appropriate technical requirements for the design and construction of the building foundations and structures of solar-vortex power systems.
