摘要：AbstractRecently, feeding assembly stations with parts is becoming more and more difficult. This is especially true for complex products with a large variety of individual models and an increasing number of parts. The consequential lack of space at assembly stations requires not only to rethink feeding methods but also sizing assembly stations. In this paper, we show how both considerations can be taken into account within a single optimization model.
