摘要：AbstractTacit knowledge, that is, expert know-how, is highly important in the development of software and is highly influential in the success of software projects. In this paper the KnowNetSoft for the effective acquisition, formalisation, storage and classification of knowledge for the development of software projects is constructed. KnowNetSoft model includes (1) identification of experts as the source of knowledge, (2) acquired and formalised knowledge within an IT company, (3) characteristics of the software development project, (4) the knowledge base, (5) algorithm k-means clustering and Euclidean distances. This model is also investigated in the form of a web-application and is presented, based on the case study.
