摘要:Understanding the fundamental interactions between egg yolk and potassium salts is essential inthe area of implantable medical devices. Fluorescence methods offer sensitivity required to studythe interaction of egg yolk with the potassium salts. The complex formation was studied with thehelp of the UV absorption also. Further, it was conformed by X-ray diffraction and Scanningelectron microscope (SEM) analysis. The differences in fluorescence lifetimes may indicate thestructural changes induced in egg yolk by potassium salts.
