摘要：Reaction of isonicotinohydrazide with different aromatic aldehydes under the microwaveirradiation gives Schiff’s bases. These Schiff’s bases were converted into 1, 3, 4-oxadiazolederivatives by treating with acetic anhydride under the microwave irradiation. The structures ofthe compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1HNMR and Mass spectral data’s .Thesynthesized compounds were screened for antimicrobial, analgesic and anti-inflammatoryactivities.
