摘要：The method is proposed for defining the power system load frequency static response based on synchrophasor measurements during transients accompanied by frequency deviations. The method was successfully validated involving four events resulting in frequency deviations in the Northern part of Tyumen region of up to 0.06 Hz magnitude and recorded by means of the System operator WAMS.
