摘要:AbstractA modeling approach to efficiently incorporate Prandtl-Ishlinskii-type hysteresis coupling behaviour into an otherwise linear-dynamic system is proposed. For a simplified elastic drive train with a nonlinear hysteretic coupling torque, the coupled full system dynamics is first formulated in continuous time. Then, a novel piecewise-affine representation is proposed that allows direct, exact time-discretization of the sensitive coupling dynamics, retaining the resonance properties accurately. Sensitivities of coupled-system measurements for variations in the coupled model parameters, including hysteresis component parameters, are expressed, and an output-error parameter identification problem is stated. The efficiency of the proposed model structure is validated by a model parameterized based on measurement data. These results provide a promising starting point for a fully coupled, realtime-capable system model architecture.
