摘要：There are some problems and deficiencies in the development of subject librarians service of Nanjing Agricultural University in the process of educational internationalization and globalization. Proposed some improvement measure. Especially subject librarians take part in library resources collection, information literacy teaching, academic research, combined with some practice, and make some suggestions for improvement.
