  • 摘要:The main purpose of this work was to assess the decolorization of the Metanil Yellow dye wastewater by UV/Fenton process. The effects of operational parameters such as initial pH, initial concentration, molar ratio of [H202]/[Fey] and UV irradiation time on the decolorization of Metanil Yellow dye wastewater had been investigated in the study of laboratory scale. According to the treat- ment effect of single factor experiment, the opti- mum conditions for decolorization of Metanil Yel- low dye wastewater were preliminarily determined. Compared with UV process and Fenton process alone, UV/Fenton had obvious synergistic effect on the decolorization of Metanil Yellow dye waste- water. Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize the conditions i11 UV/Fento11 oxidation process using decolorizatio11 efficiency as the target factor, a11d initial pH, initial concentra- tion, molar ratio of [H202]/[Fe2+] and UV irradia- tion time as control factors. The optimum Values were found to be 3.26, 49.88 mg/L, 36.76:l and 27.46 min, respectively. Under the optimal circum- stances, the experiment was carried out to calculate the decolorization efficiency of 97.46% and the deviation forecast of 2.48%.
