摘要:What is leadership? Some people consider it a trait. Others think of one or more behaviors. Conflicting perceptions seem limitless.One hundred random individuals may share an equal number of definitions. This confusion extends beyond members of the general population. For centuries, academics, titans of industry, and high-level officials have failed to agree on an exact meaning.1 However, despite these differences, we seem to intuitively know effective leadership when we encounter it.
