摘要：The University's Augustana Campus enrolls about 1000 students inbaccalaureate degree programs on a picturesque residential campus in thecity of Camrose, 90 km southeast of Edmonton. Augustana is committed tobuilding on its reputation for rigorous, high-quality teaching in the traditionof the liberal arts and sciences, and, in doing so, provides a distinctiveundergraduate academic experience for students within one of Canada'sleading universities. Augustana is the only Canadian member of the25-member Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges, an alliance in supportof superior, accessible higher education. It seeks to attract promisingscholars who will share its enthusiasm for teaching in a collegial,small-campus environment.
