摘要:When I met Jim for the first time, a Venezuelan visa was the main obstacle preventing him from leaving Dakar.1 Because it was fake, this same visa ended up prolonging his stay in Dakar for about two years. During this time, Jim experienced the difficulties of a moneyless African: he spent his time roaming, idling, and trying various strategies for obtaining money and getting out.
