摘要：AbstractThe aim of this study is to articulate a wisdom way of being to transform the heart of contemporary humanity. It is argued that this wisdom way may be realized through heart based meditation practices, which transform consciousness and behaviour, virtues and values. Discussion is focussed on contemporary, scientific, HeartMath and related studies with special reference to their potential future impact on international peace and stability.
