摘要：AbstractThe technological waves of super artificial intelligence, big data, algorithms, and machine learning continue to impact our thinking and actions, thereby affecting the ways individuals, professions and institutions make judgments. On the one hand, there is an argument that more data and knowledge together with the cyber physical system of industry4.0 will automatically push society along some track toward a better world for all. On the other hand, we hear worrying voices of the imponderable downsides of powerful new cyber-, bio-, Nano-technologies, and synthetic biology. In the age of uncertainties, big data and the algorithm, how is the decision and judgment making process being affected?
