摘要：AbstractThe known peculiarities of modern social and political situations on the one hand, and the need for their effective governance on the other hand, require the use of appropriate techniques and up-to-date toolkits to support decision-making. The paper proposes the applied technique of analytical and predictive monitoring of socio-political situations development on the basis of cognitive approach. The technique covers several stages of unstructured data processing (collection, mining, analysis, and modeling) and is fully supported by appropriate software toolkit.
