摘要：AbstractThe main components of the cognitive scenario methodology of research of socio-economic systems are considered. A general model for researching the mechanisms of group management in socioeconomic systems is constructed. The properties and performance characteristics of the application of the mechanisms of group management are considered and formalized. Examples of comparative calculations of the effectiveness of group management in the regional systems of the central federal district of the Russian Federation are given.
