摘要：AbstractThere exists a wide range of schemes certification systems within the field of Information Technology and Communication. The vast majority of these schemes and systems are available even in Kosovo and their well-functioning is enabled by a broad scope of training and certification. Certification as well as quality assurance in the field of ICT is overwhelmingly important, particularly for employing the ICT industry referring it as the core of sustainable development in the professional career. We are aware that in Kosovo is still evident the phenomenon which is related to the lack of transparency concerning the qualifications. In this point of view, we have reasoned out that these education authorities such as training providers and certification organizations are eager to establish a close cooperation and a carry out a full-fledged and fruitful process of exchanging their experiences, aiming to build up a mechanism which would contribute to acknowledgements of these qualifications. However, our research is putting the emphasis on the labor modalities and the knowledge acquired by the most innovative practices of ICT, particularly in different sectors such as private businesses, state agencies, banking sector and governmental organizations. This study is developed in Kosovo and may serve as a case study for describing the approach of technology in education, respectively the impact and importance of professional education in a developing country.
