摘要：Methodical bases for performance evaluation of the road construction company which is carrying out highway construction are based on integrated indicator calculation. This indicator considers interrelation of various internal and external environment factors. These factors are subdivided into three main groups by the authors: organizational and technological factors, technical factors and financial and economic factors. The suggested method of integrated indicator calculation for performance evaluation has been tested in the Tyumen road construction company. Testing confirms an opportunity to estimate the company position and utilization flexibility of calculation in practice.
