摘要：Transport is one of the most important spheres in the sustainable development of countries and regions. Therefore, the article analyses the extension of the concept of sustainable development in Russian higher education in transport engineering and economics. We analysed the higher education standards and educational programs of universities, identified problems in the implementation of the concept of sustainable development in Russian higher education in the field of transport engineering and suggested ways to address them.
