摘要:OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS THERE HAVE BEEN GRADUAL CHANGES TOWARDS THE NEWTECHNOLOGY, BUT FROM NOW ON, THERE IS ALREADY A DIFFERENCE IN THE PACE AT WHICHTHINGHS NEED TO CHANGE. PROGRESS AWAITS NO ONE, AND EVERYTHING THAT IS NEW MUST BEABSORBED AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. MOST OF THE DISCUSSIONS ON THE 4.0 INDUSTRY HAVE ASTHEIR MAIN CONCERN THE LACK OF SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD, THE LACK OF SPECIALISATIONSTHAT CAN SUSTAIN NEW TECHNOLOGY OR THE LACK OF NEW SPECIALISATIONS REQUIRED BYTHIS ONE. THELACK OF SOFT SKILLS WILL BE FELT AS COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION AMONGVARIOUS INTERESTED COUNTRIES SHOULD BECOME BETTER. GREAT ORGANISATIONS AREALREADY BEGINNING TO REALISE THAT THERE IS A LACK OF SOFT SKILLS AT THEIR CURRENTEMPLOYEES OR AT THE PEOPLE TO COME TO JOB INTERVIEWS. HOW DO WE PREPAREEMPLOYEES FOR THE NEW TECHNOLOGY REGARDING EXPERT SKILLS AS WELL AS SOFT SKILLS?
