摘要：The Model for Implementation of Industrial Policies in Qom Province presented in this paper has five stages which respectively include: culturalization of implementation, Capacity-building of Implementation, entrepreneurial Implementation, the synergy in the implementation and finally the successful implementation of industrial policies.
