摘要：مقدمه يادگيری و کسب مهارت در بالين يکی از مطلوبترين روش‌های آموزشی است که ارتباط مستقيمی با ويژگی‌های مدرسان بالينی دارد. به نظر می‌رسد اجرای فرايند ياددهی- يادگيری از طريق مربيان لايق و کارآمد می‌تواند دانشجويان را قادر سازد تا حداکثر استفاده مطلوب را از توانايی‌های خود ببرند. بدين منظور مطالعه‌ای با هدف تأثير آموزش بر آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مدرسان پرستاری و مامايی در زمينه رفتارهای اثربخش آموزشی انجام شد.روش‌ها اين پژوهش يک مطالعه نيمه تجربی است که جامعه مورد بررسی را کليه مربيان پرستاری و مامايی (25 نفر) تشکيل می‌داد. روش انجام پژوهش طرحی يک گروهی و دو مرحله‌ای بود که به آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مدرسان را قبل و دو ماه بعد از اجرای برنامه آموزشی (کارگاه آموزشی دو روزه) بررسی می‌نمود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای شامل چهار بخش بود. برای تعيين اعتبار علمی از روش روايی محتوا و برای مشخص نمودن پايايی ابزار نيز از روش دو نيمه کردن آزمون استفاده شد. بخش چهارم پرسشنامه (بيانيه‌های عملکرد) علاوه بر مدرسان توسط گروهی از دانشجويان که تحت سرپرستی بالينی هر يک از مربيان مورد مطالعه آموزش ديده بودند نيز قبل و دو ماه بعد از برگزاری کارگاه تکميل گرديد. نتايج با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS-9 و از طريق محاسبه فراوانی مطلق و نسبی، ميانگين و انحراف معيار وآزمون t زوج، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.نتايج شرکت مربيان در کارگاه آموزشی تاثير مثبت در افزايش آگاهی و نگرش آنها در زمينه رفتارهای اثربخش آموزش بالينی داشته است. بعد از آموزش, نمره عملکرد نيز از ديدگاه مدرسان و دانشجويان افزايش يافته، اما اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری بين ميانگين نمرات عملکرد در قبل و بعد از آموزش در مدرسان مشاهده نشد و تنها از ديدگاه دانشجويان در حيطه ارزشيابی عملکرد مدرسان اختلاف معنی‌دار داشت.بحث با توجه به اينکه آموزش تاثير مثبتی بر ميزان آگاهی و نحوه نگرش مدرسان در زمينه رفتارهای اثربخش بالينی داشته است، به نظر می‌رسد آموزش و فراهم نمودن بستر مناسب در محيط‌‌های بالينی برای بکارگيری رفتارهای اثربخش ضروری است. نتايج اين پژوهش می‌تواند در طراحی ابزار ارزشيابی معتبر برای بررسی اثربخشی آموزش بالينی و انجام ارزيابی عملکرد آموزشی کارکنان بالينی مفيد واقع شود.
其他摘要：Introduction. Learning clinical skills at the bedside is one of the best educational methods which mainly depends on clinical instructors’ characteristics. It seems that teaching by qualified and competent instructors can enable students to reach their maximum capability. This research was designed to study the effect of teaching on knowledge, attitude and practice of nursing and midwifery instructors concerning effective behaviors at clinical teaching. Methods. This was a quasi-experimental research which studied all nursing and midwifery instructors (N=25) at Tabriz University. The research was designed as one group and two stages which assessed knowledge, attitude and practice of instructors before and two months after running the educational program (two days workshop). The data collecting tool was a questionnaire including four sections. The scientific validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity and its reliability was evaluation by split-half method. In addition to instructors, the forth section of the questionnaire concerning performance, was also completed by the students who were under the supervision of trained instructors before and two months after the workshop. The results were analyzed by SPSS 9 software and using paired t-test, relative frequency, mean and standard deviation. Results. According to the results, participation of instructors in educational workshops had a positive effect on increasing knowledge and improving their attitude toward clinical teaching behaviors. Moreover, according to the viewpoints of instructors and students, their performance scores increased after education. But, no significant difference between the mean of performance score of instructors before and after workshop was observed. Based on students' viewpoints, instructors' performance in assessing students showed a significant difference. Conclusion. Considering the positive effects of education on knowledge and attitude of the instructors, providing education and an appropriate background in clinical environment for employing effective behaviors seems necessary. The results of this research can be used in designing a valid evaluation tool for assessing the effectiveness of clinical education and the educational performance of clinical instructors
