摘要：گسترش روز‌افزون دسترسی به سخت‌افزارها و نرم‌افزارهای مناسب برای آموزش الکترونيکی، بخصوص توسعه شبکه جهان‌گستر وب، افق جديدی را پيش روی مؤسسات آموزشی نهاده است. به نظر می‌رسد استفاده از اين امکانات برای آموزش، به تحقق برخی از آرمان‌هايی که به عنوان ملاک‌های کيفيت آموزش از آن نام برده می‌شود، از جمله: فراگيرمحوری، يادگيری مادام‌العمر، يادگيری فعال، تعامل در يادگيری و چند رسانه‌ای بودن، کمک کند. هرچند برخی از موسسات آموزشی، در سال‌های اخير، نسبت به ارايه کامل دوره‌های آموزشی به صورت الکترونيک اقدام نموده‌اند، اما هنوز شواهد زيادی در مورد نتايج ارزشيابی اين برنامه‌ها منتشر نشده است. با توجه به مزايای عمومی آموزش الکترونيکی و قابليت‌های ويژه آن در آموزش پزشکی، به نظر می‌رسد ادغام آن در برنامه‌های جاری آموزشی دانشگاه‌ها، به طوری که آموزش متداول به شکل تلفيقی از آموزش سنتی و آموزش الکترونيک ارائه شود، اجتناب‌ناپذير باشد. اين امر، بخصوص در مورد آموزش مداوم جامعه پزشکی، که مخاطبين فراوان و با تنوع گسترده علائق، تجارب، و نيازهای آموزشی دارد، بيشتر محسوس است. اهميت تغيير در آموزش دانشگاهی، همراه با پر هزينه بودن تهيه زير ساخت‌های آموزش الکترونيکی، بويژه نرم‌افزارهای لازم، ضرورت رويکرد برنامه‌ای و دراز مدت را در ادغام آموزش الکترونيک در نظام جاری آموزش پزشکی کشور، بيش از پيش نشان می‌دهد. در اين راستا، استفاده از تجارب ساير دانشگاه‌ها و سازمان‌د‌‌هی امکانات و فعاليت‌ها و بکارگيری توانمندی‌های موجود در هر دو بخش دولتی و خصوصی، الزامی است. لازمه اين رويکرد، ايجاد بينش علمی نسبت به جنبه‌های مختلف انواع آموزش الکترونيک و طراحی فرايند تغيير بر اساس شرايط موجود و آرمان‌های منطقی در آموزش پزشکی است. چنان که اين بينش با عزم جدی مسوولين و سياستگزاران آموزش پزشکی کشور همراه گردد، اميد می‌رود در آينده‌ای نه چندان دور، بتوان گام‌های ارزشمندی برای بهبود کيفيت آموزش پزشکی و بهره‌وری بيشتر آن برداشت.
其他摘要：Increasing access to the softwares and hardwares for electronic learning (e-learning), especially World Wide Web (WWW), has opened a new horizon to educational institutions. It seems that using these facilities helps to attain several goals as educational quality indicators, including student-centeredness, life-long learning, active and interactive learning, and using multimedia in learning. Although some educational institutions have provided all their courses electronically, only little evidence has been published indicating the evaluation results of such programs. Considering the general advantages of e-learning and its specific potentials in medical education, its integration into current university curricula seems to be inevitable, in a way that current curricula contain a blend of traditional and electronic learning situations. This is more demanding for continuing medical education programs, which face a huge number of learners with a vast diversity in learning needs, expertise, and interests. The importance of change in university programs, as well as high expenses for preparing e-learning infrastructures, especially soft wares, necessitates a long term programmed approach to the integration of e-learning in traditional curricula. To do this, using the experiences of other universities, organizing resources and activities, and using the existing capabilities in the public and private sectors is essential. This approach requires a scientific insight about different aspects of e-learning as well as a change plan according to the present situation and justified goals in medical education. If it is complemented with a serious intention on the policymakers' side, it will be expected to accomplish valuable steps towards quality improvement and efficiency of medical education in the near future.
