摘要：مؤسسه. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان به واسطه کوتاه شدن دوره بستری در بيمارستانها، کاهش تخت های بستری و افزايش مراقبت بيماران در جامعه، اغلب افراد بستری در بيمارستان موقعيت مناسبی را برای يادگيری مهارتهای بالينی پايه دانشجويان پزشکی فراهم نمی کنند. از سوی ديگر، با توجه به محدوديتهای يادگيری بر بالين بيمار و مورد توجه قرار گرفتن چقوق بيماران، امروزه تاکيد بر آموزش مهارتهای بالينی و ارتباطی و ايجاد نگرش در دانشجويان بسيار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مرکز يادگيری مهارتهای بالينی (CSLC) در پاسخ به تغييرات ايجاد شده در نحوه آموزش،فرصتی را فراهم می آورد تا دانشجويان پزشکی با استفاده از انواع وسايل کمک آموزشی، مدلها و مانکنها بتوانند مهارتهای بالينی و ارتباطی خود را در محيطی آرام و کنترل شده افزايش دهند. در بررسی که بر روی 20 مرکز مهارتهای بالينی در نقاط مختلف دنيا از طريق اينترنت، همراه با مرور مقالات مرتبط به CSLC به عمل آمد، مشخص شد که CSLC توانسته است پيوندی بين مطالب تئوری و مهارتهای عملی ايجاد کرده، استرس دانشجويان را در برخورد اوليه با بيمار کاهش داده، مهارتهای ارتباطی را در کنار مهارتهای عملی در برخورد بهتر با بيماران، به آنها آموزش دهد. يک CSLC موفق بايد قابل انعطاف، دارای برنامه ريزی صحيح، فاقد نقص در برنامه آموزشی و مطابق با اهداف آموزشی دانشگاه باشد و برای رسيدن به اين منظور،نيازمند به برنامه ريزی و سازماندهی می باشد. اين مقاله سعی دارد با کنار هم قرار دادن و مقايسه کردن مراکز مهارتهای بالينی در دانشگاههای مختلف دنيا يک نمای کلی از CSLC و کاربردهايش ارائه دهد. آدرس. مرکز مطالعات و توسعه آموزش پزشکی, دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان, اصفهان.
其他摘要：With shorter periods of hospitalazation, fewer patient beds and more health care facilities in the society, patients are now more acutely ill and highly dependent, causing less opportunities for medical students to practice and learn basic clinical skills. On the other hand, enhanced patient rights and other learnig limitations require that professional education provide not only knowledge and practical skills, but also graduates with communication skills and positive attitude towards learning. The Clinical Skills Learning Center (CSLC) has been developed in response to these needs in medical education and changing health care policies. It gives students the opportunity to practice a wide range of practical skills in a stress-free and controlled environment by using medical simulators, models, computers and other educational resources. A review of 20 CSLCs through the internet and also a review of related articles show that CSLC can provide connections between theorical issues and practical skills, reduce students’ anxiety and teach communication skills more effectively. A successful skills center needs to be flexible in its design, integral to the curriculum and relevent to educational and training requirements. This requires proper planning, organization and resources. In this article it has been attempted to present a general schema of CSLC and its application by investigating and comparing CSLCs in different universities of the world.
