摘要:مؤسسه. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گرگان مقدمه. آموزش مناسب دانشجويان بالينی پزشکی و آماده نمودن آنان برای تشخيص و درمان مناسب بيماريها از اهداف آموزش پزشکی ميباشد. با توجه به شيوع بالای بيماريهای عفونی و با توجه به اهميت و تطبيق محتوای آموزشی با نيازهای جامعه اين مطالعه به منظور سنجش آگاهيهای علمی کارورزان پزشکی در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان در زمينه تشخيص ، درمان و اقدامات پيشگيری چهار بيماری مهم عفونی انجام گرديد. روشها. اين مطالعه توصيفی با استفاده از پرسشنامه چهار جوابی در زمينه آگاهيهای مربوط به تشخيص ،درمان و پيشگيری چهار بيماری عفونی مننژيت ، تب مالت ، سل و اسهال خونی از 44 نفر از کارورزان رشته پزشکی انجام گرديد. يافتهها. ميزان آگاهی علمی کارورزان (درصد پاسخهای صحيح) در مورد بيماری چهارگانه عفونی 41درصد ميباشد که اين ميزان در مورد تب مالت 63 درصد ، اسهال خونی 44 درصد ، سل 63 درصد و مننژيت 27 درصد است. بين ميزان آگاهی علمی کاروزان و تعداد بيماران ديده شده همبستگی آماری معنيداری مشاهده نگرديد. تيجه. اين مطالعه نشان داد که ميزان آگاهی علمی کارورزان در زمينه چهار بيماری شايع عفونی کافی نبوده ونياز به بازنگری برنامه آموزش مدون در زمينه آموزش بيماريهای عفونی دانشجويان رشته پزشکی ميباشد. آدرس. دانشکده پزشکی, دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گرگان, گرگان.
其他摘要:Introduction. Evaluation of medical students and preparing them for suitable diagnosis and treatment of diseases are the target of medical education with regard to importance of adjustment of educational contents with community needs and high prevalence of infectious disease. Therefore we decided to measure information of medical student (Intern) in 5th Azar hospital about diagnosis, treatment and prevention of four prevalent infectiouse diseases (Tuberculosis, Brucellosis, Meningitis, Dysentry). Methods. It was a discripitive study with using a multiple-choice questionair. It meausured knowaledge about diagnosis, treatment, prevention of four prevalent infectious disease, on 44 medical students (Interns). Findings. In this study, the percentage of right answers of medical students to questions of four infectiouse diseases were 41% and for brucellosis, dysentry, tuberculosis and meningitis it was 63%, 44%, 63% and 27% respectively. There wasn’t any corleation between knowledge and numbers of visited patients. Conclusion. Medical students’ (Interns) knowledge about four prevalent diseases isn’t in an acceptable level, and it is necessary to reevaluate education of infectious diseases.
