摘要：مؤسسه. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهيد‌صدوقی يزد مقدمه. تدوين طرح درس از مراحل اساسی فعاليتهای قبل از تدريس برای هر مدرس است و می تواند تا حدود زيادی راهگشای وی برای ارائه آموزش مؤثر و با کيفيت بالاتر باشد. بر اين اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين وضعيت طرح درس اعضاء‌هيئت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهيد صدوقی يزد صورت گرفته است . اين بررسی بر روی طرح درس نظری کليه اعضاء هيئت علمی شاغل در دانشکده های پزشکی ، دندانپزشکی ،پرستاری مامايی ، بهداشت و پيراپزشکی انجام شده است. روشها. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافيک و چک ليست مربوط به وضعيت طرح درس در 9 بخش جداگانه طرح درس شامل‹‹ اطلاعات عمومی ،مقدمه، اهداف کلی، اهداف ويژه ، استراتژی آموزشی ، روش و نحوه ارزشيابی ، منابع و برنامه زمان بندی با امتياز بندی مشخص ›› استفاده شده است. يافته ها. نتايج نشان می دهد که در اکثر موارد اشکالات موجود در تدوين طرح درس مربوط به مقدمه ، افعال اهداف کلی‌و ويژه ،نحوه ارزشيابی وارائه منابع می باشد .درضمن جهت نيل به نتايج دقيق تر ارتباط ميان امتياز طرح درس اعضاء هيئت علمی با مواردی مانند دانشکده محل کار عضو هيئت علمی ، سن ، جنس ، مرتبه علمی ، ميزان سابقه تدريس‌و ... سنجيده شده است . در اصل مقاله بصورت مبسوط نتايج حاصل ازاين پژوهش مورد‌بحث و بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت . آدرس. مرکزمطالعات وتوسعه آموزش پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهيد صدوقی, يزد.
其他摘要：Introduction. Developing a course plan is a main part of every teacher preparation for teaching of each subject and can help him /her teach better and move effectively. This research was conducted to evaluate course plan status of faculty staff of Shahid Sadoughi University of Yazd. Methods. This assay was performed on theoretical Course plan of all Faculty staff of the selected faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing Midwifery, Health and Paramedical Science. A demographic information questionnaire and a checklist of Course plan status were used to gather the data. The checklist had 9 sections. Including: General Information, Preface, General Objectives, Specific Objectives, Educational Strategy, Method of Examination, Reference and Timetable with clear scoring system. Results. The results revealed that preface, statement of general and specific objectives, method of examination and introducing the references were the main weak points in most of the cases. Meanwhile to achieve more accurate results, the relationship between course plan score and some variables like department, age, sex, academic ranks, teaching experience and so on were investigated. The result of this research will be discussed in detail in the main article.
