摘要：مؤسسه. دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران و ايران مقدمه. ارزشيابی به لحاظ ماهيت و پيچيدگهای خاص خود ، از گسترده ترين و جنجالی ترين موضوعات آموزشی است و اين مقوله وقتی که با انتخاب دانشجويان ای تلفيق ميگردد که از افراد تاثير گذار در آموزش و پژوهش درحرفه خود ميباشند، اهميت آن دو چندان ميگردد. واين امر بيانگر ضرورت ارزشيابی آزمون ی درجهت بر بستن راه بر مشکلات آينده است ويا بعبارت ديگر: برنامه ريزی آينده می تواند درگرو طراحی معيار مناسب ارزشيابی باشد. روشها. دراين پژوهش توصيفی و تحليلی نمرات کليه داوطلبان شرکت کننده (162نفر)در آزمون ای پرستاری سال 79-1378 تحليل گرديد. يافته‌ها. نتايج زير از تحليل داده‌ها بدست آمد. درجه دشواری کليه سوالات در محدوده مناسب قرار داشت(56/50-31/60). هيچيک از دروس قدرت تشخيص مناسبی نداشتند (37/0-19/0). ضريب همبستگی کودرريچاردسون دليلی مبنی بر روايی آزمون نشان نداد.(r2=0.0025) ساير شاخص‌های تحليلی آزمون نيز ارزيابی شده است. نتيجه. از آنجا که نتايج اين قبيل آزمونها علاوه بر تغيير سرنوشت افراد می تواند بر سرنوشت يک حرفه تاثير بگذارد ، باتوجه به نتايج اين پژوهش و نياز حرفه پرستاری به افراد شايسته درسطوح بالای آموزشی پيشنهاد ميگردد: برای طراحی سوالات ،مجموعه ای از صاحب نظران به فراخور نياز گردهم آيند وپلی دوطرفه و جاوادانه بين طراحان و نقادان سوالات برقرار گردد، تا ابزاری روا وپايا و آزمونی سالم تهيه گردد. آدرس. مرکز مطالعات و توسعه آموزش پزشکی, دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران, تهران.
其他摘要：Introduction. Human resources are the most important source. It has a basic role in our country especially as a developing country. Postgraduate entrance exams are difficult exams due to fewer universities’ capacity, its costs and length, it can train our future builders as well. This study will describe & explain the statistical and evaluation criteria of Ph.D. entrance nursing exam in 1379. Methods. This is a descriptive/analytical study of both questions and answers of 1379 nursing doctoral exam. Result: Mean Difficulty indexes varied from 50.56, the most difficult to 60.31, the least difficult and all had correct difficulty indexes. Discriminations’ indexes varied from 19% (the weakest discrimination index) to 37% and they all didn’t have any appropriate filtration rate. At the second part of exam, which was an oral one, the mean and standard deviation were 141.35 and 32.01 . All of the difficulty/discriminate and reliability/validity indexes were measured. Conclusion. Meta evaluation is the most important issue in both evaluation and education. Evaluation and interpretation of nursing doctoral exam can be a useful feedback, which can lead us to a better future.
