摘要：مؤسسه. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوين روشها. برای اين پژوهش توصيفی- مقطعی پرسشنامه دو قسمتی شامل سوالات دموگرافيک و اختصاصی برای دانشجويان ،کاردانهای اتاق عمل و هوشبری شاغل و نيز اعضای هيات علمی اين رشته ها ، در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوين ، طراحی و اطلاعات با نرم افزار spss پردازش شدند. يافته ها. 118 نفر دانشجو، 28 نفر شاغلين کاردانی اتاق عمل و هوشبری و 9 نفر اعضائ هيات علمی اين رشته ها همگی در انجام پژوهش همکاری نمودند. نظرات دانشجويان و شاغلين به ترتيب عبارت است از: 62%و 6/53% رشته را از روی علاقه انتخاب نمودند،7/40% و1/32% آينده شغلی را ضعيف ارزيابی می کنند،3/87% و 75% تمايلی به ادامه تحصيل در رشته پرستاری ندارند. 4/64% و 8/42% کسب مهارت در ارتباط با رشته خود را در صورت ادامه تحصيل در رشته پرستاری ضعيف ارزيابی می کنند. 1/88% و 7/85% نياز به تحصيل در رشته مرتبط را يک ضرورت می دانندو 1/77% و 1/57% بر ضرورت تربيت پرسنل اتاق عمل و هوشبری تاکيد دارند. اعضای هيات علمی ادامه تحصيل در رشته پرستاری، تقبل وظا يف مربوطه توسط دانشجوی پرستاری را که يک دوره آموزشی کوتاه مدت سپری کند ضعيف ارزيابی نموده با تربيت پرسنل مخصوص رشته های اتاق عمل و هوشبری کاملا موافق هستند. نتيجه. سيستم آموزشی با اتلاف سرمايه های اصلی مملکت و انحراف آن ها به رشته پرستاری که مورد علاقه ان ها نيست و از سوی ديگر با بکارگيری کارشناس پرستاری در اتاق عمل مانع از بهره وری نيروهای آموزش ديده می شود. اين امر انگيزش دانشجويان اتاق عمل و هوشبری را از بين می برد. کاردانی اتاق عمل و هوشبری سرمايه گذاری بی سرانجام است. آدرس. دانشکده بهداشت و پيراپزشکی, دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوين, قزوين.
其他摘要：Introduction. To promote the quality of surgical cares in operating room, the potential abilities of professional staff should be developed through studying related majors. In addition, training human powers is one of the important tasks of teaching system and college students are considered as national talents. Although, intelligence is an important factor, motivation is more significant than that. Operating room and anaesthesia associates must compulsorily study nursing in order to get a B.M. degree. Methods. In order to do this descriptive research a two-section questionnaire was designed for students, employees and academic board members in the Qazvin University of Medical Sciences, and the earned demographic and specific data was processed by SPSS software. Results. A total number of 118 students, 28 employees and 9 academic board members of the major, cooperated in this research. Students’ & employees’ views were as follow respectively: 62% & %53/6% were interested in their major. 40/7% & 32/7% assessed their occupational future as disappointing. 87/3% & 75% did not tend to study nursing. 64/4% & 42/8% assessed acquiring related skills as useless in the case of studying nursing. 88/1% & 85/7% believed that studying a related major was necessary. And 77/1% & 57/1% emphasized on the necessity to train operating room and anaesthesia staff. Academic board members assessed studying nursing major and accepting related duties by nursing students as weak. Instead, they agreed on training staff, specifically for operating room & anaesthesia. Conclusion. Wasting national talents and deviating them to an uninterested major in addition to employing nurses in operating room, prevents educated students from being most advantageous. This may decrease students’ motivation. Training operating room and anaesthesia associates is a pointless investment.
