摘要：مقدمه: استفاده آموزشی از فضاهای درمانی خصوصی اعضای هيأت علمی به عنوان يکی از راهکارهای برای حضور دانشجو در عرصه جامعه و آشنايی بيشتر آنها با چگونگی درمان پيشنهاد شده است، اين مطالعه با هدف بررسی نظرات مسؤولين و اعضای هيأت علمی بالينی در بکارگيری مراکز درمانی خصوصی برای آموزش دانشجويان انجام گرديد. روش‌ها: اين مطالعه توصيفی بر روی کليه اعضای هيأت علمی بالينی دانشگاه که دارای مطب خصوصی بودند، انجام گرديد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ای حاوی 20 سؤال در مورد بکارگيری مراکز درمانی خصوصی و با استفاده از مقياس پنج درجه ليکرت بود. تجزيه و تحليل آماری داده‌ها با استفاده از شيوه‌های آمار توصيفی، t-test و پيرسون با نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام شد. نتايج: در کل 173 نفر پرسشنامه‌های تکميل شده را بازگرداندند. ميانگين نمره کل پرسشنامه‌ها 78/002/3 از نمره 5 بود. تأثير آموزش در مطب بر شناخت آينده شغلی دانشجويان، آموزش موارد جديد به آنها، و تقويت پژوهش در علوم پزشکی، بالاترين موافق را داشت. بيشتر پاسخ‌دهندگان معتقد بودند که آموزش در مطب باعث کاهش درآمد مراکز خصوصی، کاهش تعداد بيماران اين مراکز و همچنين کاهش اعتماد بيماران به پزشک می‌‌شود. نتيجه‌گيری: اعضای هيأت علمی معتقد بودند که استفاده از مراکز درمانی خصوصی می‌تواند موجب بهبود آموزش کارآموزان، کارورزان و دستياران گردد ولی با نگاهی به نمره ميانگين کل می‌توان دريافت که ديد کلی آنان چندان مثبت نيست. توصيه می‌گردد مطالعات مداخله‌ای پيرامون تأثير آموزش در مراکز درمانی خصوصی بر دانش و مهارت فراگيران انجام گيرد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Taking advantage of faculty members' private offices for educational intentions has been recommended as a strategy for students' attendance in society and their encounter with patient management. This study was performed to investigate the viewpoints of administrators and clinical faculty members toward using private medical centers for training students. Methods: This descriptive study was carried out on all clinical faculty members who owned private offices. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire with five point Likert scale and including 20 items about using private medical centers. Data was analyzed by SPSS software using methods for descriptive statistics, t-test, and Pearson. Results: In total, 173 persons returned the questionnaires. The mean of the total score of the questionnaires was 3.02±0.78 out of five. The most agreement was on the role of in-office education on identifying students' future job, teaching new cases to them, and promoting researches and studies in medical sciences. Most of the respondents believed that education in private offices could reduce offices' income, the number of patients, and patients' confidence in physician. Conclusion: Faculty members believed that using private medical centers could promote the education of clerkship students, interns, and residents, but the total mean shows that their general view is not that positive. It is recommended to conduct interventional studies concerning the effect of training in private centers on learners' knowledge and skills.
