摘要:مقدمه: خودکارآمدی و يادگيری خودتنظيم در بکارگيری دانش و مهارتهای بالينی نقش مهمی ايفا میکند. هدف اين پژوهش، تبيين خودکارآمدی و يادگيری خودتنظيم در عملکرد بالينی دانشجويان پرستاری در کارآموزی در عرصه بود. روشها: در يک مطالعه کيفی، 50 دانشجو با روش نمونهگيری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. سپس 28 مصاحبه نيمهساختاريافته حضوری و سه مصاحبه گروهمدار با دانشجويان پرستاری داوطلب از دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی ايران، تهران و شهيد بهشتی صورت گرفت. دادههای پژوهش، با روش تحليل محتوا تجزيه و تحليل شدند. نتايج: در مطالعه حاضر، مفهوم خودکارآمدی در پنج درونمايه و مفهوم يادگيری خودتنظيم در سه درونمايه دستهبندی شدند. از نظر شرکتکنندگان، خودکارآمدی در عملکرد بالينی مترادف کسب مهارت بالينی، بررسی بيمار، برنامهريزی و اجرا و ارزشيابی مراقبتها بود. با تکيه بر دانش، تجربه يادگيری خودتنظيم در عملکرد بالينی مترادف تلاش برای يادگيری بالينی همراه با خودانگيزشی، تمرين فرايند پرستاری و تلاش برای کسب رفتار حرفهای بود. نتيجهگيری: خودکارآمدی و يادگيری خودتنظيم در توانايی مراقبت مستقل از بيمار نقش دارد و به رشد توانمندی و مهارت حرفهای دانشجويان پرستاری کارآموز در عرصه کمک میکند.
其他摘要:Introduction: Self-efficacy and self-regulated learning play an important role in applying clinical knowledge and competencies. The aim of this study was to define self-efficacy and self-regulated learning in nursing students' clinical performance during field training. Methods: In a qualitative study, 50 participants were selected through purposive sampling method from Iran, Tehran, and Shahid Beheshti Medical Universities. Then 28 semi-structured and 3 focus group interviews were performed with volunteer nursing students. Data was analyzed using content analysis methods. Results: The definition of self-efficacy and self-regulated learning were categorized in five and three themes, respectively. Self-efficacy in clinical performance based on the viewpoints of participants was equal to acquiring clinical skills, assessing patients, and planning, executing, and evaluating care plans. The experie-nce of self-regulated learning in clinical performance was equivalent to efforts for clinical learning along with self-motivation, and practicing nursing process, as well as for acquiring professional behaviors. Conclusion: Self-efficacy and self-regulated learning affect independent patient care capability and help nursing students to promote their competencies and professional skills in this field.
