摘要：مقدمه: وظايف پزشکان در دنيای امروز اين است که سلامت را ارتقا دهند. از بيماری‌ها پيشگيری کنند و مراقبت‌های اوليه را عرضه نمايند. لذا نياز به پزشکانی که متناسب با نيازهای جامعه، توانايی‌ها و مهارت‌های لازم را کسب نموده باشند به شدت احساس می‌شود. هدف اين مطالعه تعيين نيازهای آموزشی پزشکان عمومی مراکز بهداشتی درمانی روستايی استان اصفهان در پنح حيطه سلامت می‌باشد. روش‌ها: در اين مطالعه توصيفی -پيمايشی 183 نفر از پزشکان عمومی(خانواده) شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی روستايی استان اصفهان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.پرسشنامه‌ای شامل دو قسمت اطلاعات دموگرافيک و 91 عنوان درپنج حيطه شامل آموزش سلامت، سلامت روان، سلامت دهان و دندان، سلامت خانواده و جمعيت، بهورزی، گسترش شبکه، با استفاده از عناوين به دست آمده از نظرسنجی، مرور متون، مطالعات داخلی و خارجی و دستورالعمل بيمه روستايی تکميل و نيازها به ترتيب اولويت استخراج گرديد. نتايج: با اهميت‌ترين نياز آموزشی پزشکان در حوزه‌های مختلف به ترتيب اولويت در حيطه‌های سلامت روان، سلامت خانواده و جمعيت،آموزش سلامت، سلامت دهان ودندان، گسترش شبکه و بهورزی می‌باشد. اولويت اول در حيطه سلامت روان: دارودرمانی در روانپزشکی، در حيطه سلامت خانواده و جمعيت: عفونت مقاوم به درمان در زنان، در حيطه آموزش سلامت: اصول مشاوره، در حيطه سلامت دهان ودندان: آشنايی با کنترل رژيم غذايی برای سلامت دهان و دندان، در حيطه گسترش شبکه و بهورزی مديريت بحران و آشنايی با شرح وظايف بهورز می‌باشد. نتيجه‌گيری: پزشکان در حيطه سلامت روان بيشترين نياز را برای آموزش احساس کرده‌اند و برای حيطه بهورزی اولويت کمتری را در نظر گرفته‌اند. با توجه به نتايج نظرسنجی به دست آمده از پزشکان مقتضی است اهميت و وزن هر پنج حيطه مشخص و برنامه‌ريزی آموزش مداوم بر اساس نيازهای آنها طراحی گردد تا منجر به افزايش بهره وری اين برنامه شود.
其他摘要：Background:The duty of physicians in new world is to promote health, prevent diseases and deliver primary health care. Hence there is need for physicians who are able and skilled according to the needs of society. The goal of this study is to determine the needs of general physicians working in rural health centers of Esfahan province in five health domains. Methods: In this descriptive-survey study viewpoints of 183 general physicians working in rural health centers of Esfahan province were studied. A questioner composed of two sections, demographics and 91 topics in five domains, including health education, psychological health, oral and dental health, family health, health providers training courses (Behvarzi) and also health network development was prepared. The topics were determined based on viewpoints, literature review, national and international studies and rural insurance guidelines. The determined needs were prioritized. Results: The most important educational needs of physicians in different domains are: psychological health, family health& population, health education, dental& oral health, health providers training courses and also health network development . The first priority in each domain was as follows: psychological health: drug therapy in psychiatry, family health& population: drug resistant infections in women, health education: consultation principles, oral& dental health: diet control for oral& dental health, in health network development& health providers training courses: crisis management and duties of health providers (Behvarz). Conclusion: The physicians felt that psychological health is the first educational need and health providers training courses the last one. Considering the results of physicians needs assessment, it is suggested these five domains be included into continuing educational courses for physicians to enhance the efficiency of family physician programs.
