摘要：مقدمه: نظر به اينکه برنامه‌های آموزشی دوره‌های تحصيلات‌تکميلی که از وزارت متبوع ابلاغ می‌شود فاقد بخش ارزشيابی است و برای اين منظور تاکنون شاخص‌هايی طراحی نشده است، اين پژوهش در نظر داشته است با تدوين شاخص‌های برنامه آموزشی در قالب سه دسته عوامل درون‌داد، فرآيند و برون‌داد نظام آموزشی، زمينه را برای انجام ارزشيابی درونی برنامه‌های دوره‌های تحصيلات تکميلی دانشکده بهداشت فراهم نمايد. روش‌ها: با استفاده از تکنيک دلفی شاخص‌های برنامه آموزشی دوره تحصيلات‌تکميلی از طريق بررسی منابع مختلف و تفسير صاحب‌نظران تعيين و سپس وضعيت موجود با توجه به شاخص‌های مشخص شده، تبيين شده است.جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامه و مرور متون و اسناد و مدارک صورت پذيرفته و در قالب جداول و نمودارها ارائه شده است. نتايج: در اين بررسی در مجموع 100 شاخص مرتبط با برنامه آموزشی مشخص شده که براساس سه عامل درون‌داد، فرآيند و برون‌داد در حيطه‌های اعضای هيأت‌علمی، برنامه آموزشی، دانشجو، اعتبارات، امکانات، شاخص‌های تشکيلاتی و ظرفيت‌های اداری، فضا و تجهيزات، مديريت برنامه، دانش‌آموختگان و دانش توليد شده و خدمات علمی‌تخصصی عرضه شده، مورد بررسی واقع شده است. نتيجه‌گيری: با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده از وضعيت موجود و امکان مقايسه آن در برخی از شاخص‌ها نسبت به چهار سال گذشته، ضمن شناسايی نقاط قوت دانشکده در حيطه‌هايی نظير اعضای هيأت‌علمی از نظر تعداد و تنوع و مرتبه علمی، و نيز فضای فيزيکی مناسب موجود، لزوم تقويت دوره‌های تحصيلات تکميلی دانشکده بهداشت از نظر راه‌اندازی و تأسيس رشته‌های جديد، توجه به دوره‌های آموزشی مجازی، کوتاه‌مدت و آزاد به عنوان ضرورت اجتناب‌ناپذير دانشگاه‌ها در راستای تحقق استقلال علمی و مالی دانشگاه‌ها و همچنين تقويت پايگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مورد استفاده دانشجويان و ساما‌ن‌دهی به وضعيت بودجه و اعتبارات دانشکده در ابعاد آموزش و پژوهش، تقويت زمينه‌های ارتباط دانشکده با صنعت با توجه به توانمندی بالقوه موجود در دانشکده، همچنين برگزاری آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت در قالب آموزش مداوم و کارگاه‌های آموزشی و فرصت‌های مطالعاتی و نيز تقويت توانمندی‌های کادر مديريتی با برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی ويژه مديران و .... همگی جزو مواردی است که بايستی مورد توجه قرار گيرد.
其他摘要：Introduction:This study has tried to design educational program indicators for internal evaluation of graduate courses in health school. Regarding the systemic approach in educational framework, the related indicators have been categorized in three groups as input, process and output. Method: First, indicators of graduate educational programs were defined based on different resources and scholars' comments through Delphi method and then the present educational status was revealed by the designed indicators. The data were collected by a questionnaire and through going over notes and evidences. The findings have been presented in form of charts and diagrams. Result: In this study, total of 100 indicators related to educational programs were defined and investigated, based on three elements of input, process and output, in fields of academic members, educational programs, students, grants, facilities, structural indicators, official capacities, space and equipments, program management, learners, produced knowledge and scientific professional services. Discussion: Regarding the findings related to the present condition and the possibility of comparing some indicators with those of four years ago, the following issues are suggested to be considered: Screening positive points of health school in domains of academic members regarding the number, variation and scientific rank, and present appropriate physical space, the necessity of conducting graduate education in health school and establishment of new courses, shifting attention to distant learning and online short term and open educational courses as a must for universities in direction of scientific and financial independency. There should also be reinforcement of data bases used by students, organizing the budget and school grants in dimensions of education and research, reinforcement of school interaction with industry with respect to school potentialities, holding refresher courses in form of continuing education programs, educational workshops and sabbaticals. It is suggested to make reinforcement of managerial staffs' potentialities through holding educational courses specialized for managers and eventually to take actions to access main mission of the health school to produce knowledge and to distribute that through supporting students as well as provision of research culture and creativity among academic members to have a better scientific presentation through publications of articles in international ISI.
