摘要：مقدمه: مديريت نظام سلامت به عنوان يکی از مهارت‌ها و وظايف اصلی ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت معرفی شده است، در حاليکه دانشجويان رشته‌های مختلف علوم پزشکی برای اين امر به خوبی تربيت نمی‌شوند و آموزش‌های لازم را فرا نمی‌گيرند. اولين المپياد علمی دانشجويان علوم پزشکی با هدف ايجاد انگيزه کسب توانمندی‌های مديريتی در دانشجويان رشته‌های مختلف ارائه‌دهنده خدمات سلامت، تقويت مهارت‌های استدلال و حل مسأله در آنان و ترويج فرهنگ کارگروهی در يک محيط شاد و هيجان‌انگيز رقابتی در ايران طراحی گرديد. روش‌ها: طراحی مدل المپياد در چهار فاز تدوين چارچوب طراحی سؤالات آزمون، تعيين موضوعات آزمون، طراحی سؤالات و برگزاری آزمون و داوری صورت پذيرفت و در تابستان سال 1388 اولين المپياد ملی دانشجويان علوم پزشکی در حيطه استدلال و تصميم‌گيری در مديريت نظام سلامت در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان برگزار گرديد. دو روز اول اين المپياد که در 5 روز و به صورت بازمنبع برگزار شد به رقابت‌های فردی اختصاص داشت و در سه روز باقيمانده که مرحله آزمون‌های گروهی المپياد بود، شش گروه برتر با يکديگر به رقابت پرداختند. نتايج: با بهره‌گيری از اساتيد مختلف رشته‌های مرتبط و استفاده از متدهای مختلف کارگروهی در مدت 19 ماه چارچوب طراحی سؤالات آزمون با چهار هدف سنجش «قدرت استنباط مديريتي» و «مهارت‌های حل مسأله و استدلال» دانشجويان، سنجش «توانايی تصميم‌گيری داوطلبان بر اساس نظرات متفاوت» و «قدرت تصميم‌گيری آنها درشرايط وجود انتخاب‌های متعدد» تدوين گرديد. موضوعات اين المپياد سياست‌گذاری سلامت و اقتصاد سلامت و موضوع پروژه مرحله تيمی مشکلات موجود پيرامون اجرايی‌کردن نظام پزشک خانواده در کشور ايران تعيين گرديد. در بخش انفرادی 194 سؤال و در قسمت گروهی 3 سؤال (تشريحی) مطرح شد. در اين آزمون 106 نفر دانشجوی رشته‌های مختلف علوم پزشکی از سراسر کشور شرکت کردند که از اين ميان 71 نفر (98/66 درصد) دختر بودند. بيشترين تعداد دانشجويان شرکت‌کننده (33 نفر) دانشجوی پزشکی بودند و ساير دانشجويان از رشته‌های پرستاری (26 نفر)، مديريت نظام سلامت (20 نفر) و ساير رشته‌ها (27 نفر) شرکت نموده بودند. نتيجه‌گيری: با توجه به اهميت آشنايی دانشجويان علوم پزشکی با مباحث مديريت نظام سلامت و اهميت توانمند شدن اين افراد در زمينه استدلال و تصميم‌گيری، برگزاری چنين آزمون‌هايی می‌تواند برای نيل به اين اهداف انگيزش زا و تسهيل‌گر باشد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Health system management is regarded a chief duty and skill of health care providers. However, medical students do not receive enough training for it. The first national Olympiad for students of medical sciences was designed to motivate students for acquiring managerial skills, improve reasoning and problem solving skills, and also propagate team working in students in an excitingly competitive and joyful atmosphere. Methods: Designing a model for the olympiad included four phases: building up a framework for designing the exam questions, determining topics of the exam, setting the exam questions and administering it, and finally judging. In summer 2009 the first national olympiad for the students of medical sciences on reasoning & decision making in health system management was held in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The first two days of the five-day-long open source olympiad were spent on individual competition. The following three days were devoted to group competitions. Six groups of three Students competed in this part. Results: After 19 months, with the help of a large group of university teachers with related specialties, a framework for the selection of the exam questions was built up. The themes of the Olympiad were decided to be Health policy and health economics. The topic for group competition phase was current problems in implementation of the family physician project in Iran. In the individual competition phase, the students were to answer 194 questions and in the group phase they were asked 3 open-ended questions. 106 students studying different medical fields nationwide participated in the event; 71 students (66.98%) were girls. most participants were students of medicine (33 students) and others were students of nursing (26 students), health management (20 students), and other fields of study (27 students). Conclusion: Considering the significance of medical students' awareness of heath system management and the importance of improving reasoning and decision making abilities in them, holding such examinations could facilitate the achievement of these objectives.
