摘要：مقدمه: از سياست‌های جديد آموزش در دانشکده پزشکی، رويکرد آموزش مبتنی بر جامعه است. در همين راستا مطالعه کنونی به منظور تعيين ديدگاه دانشجويان پزشکی شهر تهران از دوره کارورزی پزشکی اجتماعی انجام شد. روش‌ها: اين مطالعه توصيفی مقطعی در سال تحصيلی 88-87 در دانشکده‌های پزشکی شهر تهران، انجام شد. 180 دانشجويان پزشکی مقطع کارورزی با روش غيراحتمالی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته که پايايی و روايی آن به تأييد رسيده بود جمع‌آوری گرديد و با آزمون‌های توصيفی و آزمون کای دو، من ويتنی و ضريب همبستگی اسپيرمن مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج: بيش از 75 درصد دانشجويان از نحوه برنامه‌ريزی، ارائه مباحث کاربردی در کارگاه، حضور اعضای هيأت‌علمی و پاسخ‌گويی به سؤالات دانشجويان و نيز اکثريت دانشجويان (بيش از 78 درصد) از آموزش نظام ارائه خدمات رضايت داشتند. در آناليز به عمل آمده مشخص گرديد بين دانشگاه محل تحصيل افراد و رضايت آنان از دوره کارورزی پزشکی اجتماعی ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد (002/0>p). نتيجه‌گيری: به نظر می‌رسد دانشکده‌های پزشکی شهر تهران در ارائه سرفصل‌های آموزشی خوب عمل می‌نمايند و اين امر باعث گرديده کارورزان پزشکی اجتماعی از ميزان رضايت قابل قبولی از دوره برخوردار باشند.
其他摘要：Introduction: Community-Based Medical Education (CBE) is considered as a new educational approach in the school of medicine. This study was designed to determine the quality of education during the internship in community medicine course in medical universities in Tehran. Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted on community medicine internship in medical schools of Tehran during 2008-2009. A nonrandom sample of 180 interns was selected by convenience. The data, collected by a researcher made questionnaire whose validity and reliability had been confirmed, were analyzed by Ҳ2, Mann-Whitney and Spearman coefficient tests. Results: Over 75% of interns were satisfied with the course planning, the applied content of the workshop, the presence of faculty members and their responsiveness to the students’ questions. In addition, 78% the students were satisfied with teaching on health care system. There was a significant correlation between students, satisfaction with internship and the university they were studying in (p<0.002). Conclusion: It seems that medical schools in Tehran follow the educational out lines well, and community medicine interns are relatively satisfied with the course.
