摘要：مقدمه: ارزشيابی دانشجويان يکی از مباحث مهم در آموزش بالينی پرستاری است. در بررسی مهارت‌های بالينی دانشجويان، مسائل گوناگونی مطرح می‌باشد که خود را به شکل اختلافات موجود در ارزشيابی، اعتراضات دانشجويان و ملاقات‌های مکرر بين دانشجويان و مربيان جهت بحث در اين زمينه نشان می‌دهند. علی‌رغم برخی فعاليت‌های صورت گرفته، اين مسائل همچنان در ارزشيابی بالينی دانشجويان پرستاری به عنوان چالش‌هايی جدی باقی مانده‌اند. در اين زمينه دانشجويان پرستاری به عنوان افراد تحت ارزشيابی، منبع بسيار مهمی در شناسايی اين چالش‌ها هستند. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش تعيين چالش‌های موجود در ارزشيابی عملکرد بالينی از ديدگاه دانشجويان پرستاری بود. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر يک مطالعه کيفی توصيفی است که در سال 1389 انجام گرفته است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، دانشجويان ترم 4 تا 8 پرستاری دانشکده‌های پرستاری و مامايی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران بودند. نمونه‌گيری به صورت مبتنی بر هدف و تا رسيدن به اشباع اطلاعات انجام شد. گردآوری داده‌ها از طريق جلسات گروه متمرکز صورت گرفت که در نهايت 40 دانشجوی پرستاری در 6 گروه متمرکز در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. جهت تحليل داده‌ها از روش تحليل محتوای نهفته استفاده گرديد. نتايج: طی تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، 4 درون‌مايه و 10 طبقه پديدار شد که شامل مسائل کارگزاران ارزشيابی (ويژگی‌های حرفه‌ای مربی، خودارزيابی، ارتباط بالين و آموزش)، ملزومات ارزشيابی (کارآيی ابزار، ارزشيابی عملی)، روند ارزشيابی (ارزشيابی مبتنی بر هدف، وضوح روش ارزشيابی، زمان و نوع ارزشيابی) و جو روانی ارزشيابی (روابط، اعتماد به نفس) بودند. نتيجه‌گيری: نتايج حاصل از پژوهش، نشان‌دهنده چالش‌های گوناگونی است که دانشجويان پرستاری طی ارزشيابی بالينی خود با آن روبرو بوده‌اند. افرادی که در ارزشيابی نقش دارند، راه‌کارهای به کارگرفته شده در ارزشيابی، روند ارزشيابی و جو روانی حاکم بر ارزشيابي؛ موضوعاتی بودند که دانشجويان بر تأثير آنها بر ارزشيابی بالينی خود تأکيد می‌کردند. به نظر می‌رسد که فرآيند ارزشيابی بالينی دانشجويان پرستاری به منظور اطمينان از دستيابی دانشجويان به اهداف مورد نظر نياز به بازنگری دارد. اين امر پيشرفت آنها در جهت دستيابی به کارايی، تبحر و اطمينان لازم جهت مراقبت مؤثر از بيماران را تسهيل می‌نمايد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Student assessment in clinical settings is an important subject in nursing education. Reviewing students’ clinical skills, some problems put forward which manifest in students` complaints and frequent meetings between them and their instructors to discuss these problems. Despite some efforts in this area, it is still a major challenge for nursing students. In this regard, nursing students as evaluatees are important sources to identify these challenges. The aim of this study is to determine nursing students` viewpoints toward their clinical evaluation challenges. Methods: This is a descriptive qualitative study performed in year 2010 on a population of students of 4th to 8th semesters who were selected from three major Medical Universities in Tehran. Purposeful sampling method was used for the study and focus group sessions were held for data gathering which was continued to the point of data saturation. Totally 40 students participated in 6 focus group discussions. Data was analyzed using latent content analysis. Results: During analysis 4 themes and 10 subthemes were emerged including evaluation performers` issues (instructor’s professional characteristics, self evaluation, and clinic-education relationship), evaluation requisites (instrument’s efficiency, practical evaluation), evaluation process (goal-oriented evaluation, clarity of evaluation method, evaluation time and type), and emotional environment in evaluation (relationships, self esteem). Conclusion: The results showed numerous challenges which nursing students are confronted while being evaluated clinically. Individuals who play role in evaluation, employed strategies, the evaluation process, and the psychological atmospehere of evaluation were issues emphasized by students as the factors affecting clinical evaluation. It seems that process of assessing nursing students to assure their achievement of clinical learning objectives needs an overall revision. This would facilitate the accomplishment of students into efficiency, skillfulness, and certainty in providing health care for patients.
