摘要：مقدمه: هدف از هر آموزشی يادگيری است. در مورد يادگيری نظريه‌های متعددی مطرح شده که هر کدام سعی کرده‌اند در مورد چگونگی يادگيری فراگير توضيحاتی ارائه دهند. نظريه‌های يادگيری به معلم در چگونگی انجام تدريس، انتخاب روش تدريس، آماده سازی محيط يادگيری و تعيين فعاليت دانشجو کمک می‌کند. با توجه به اهميت نظريه‌های يادگيری در امر آموزش اين مطالعه با هدف بررسی کاربرد نظريه‌های يادگيری در آموزش بالينی انجام شد. روش‌ها: در اين مطالعه برخی از متون مرتبط با تئوری‌های يادگيری شامل کتب و مقالات از سال 2000 تا 2010 با استفاده از کلمات کليدی يادگيری، تئوری و آموزش بالينی انتخاب شدند. سپس متون انتخاب شده از نظر کاربرد هر تئوری در آموزش بالينی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در اين مطالعه در مورد نظريه‌های يادگيری رفتاری، شناختی (شامل نظريه گشتالت، خبرپردازی، يادگيری معنادار آزوبل، سازندگی، يادگيری اجتماعی بندورا) و نظريه يادگيری بزرگسالان و کاربرد هر يک از آنها در آموزش بالينی بحث شده است. نتايج: نمونه‌های استفاده از تئوری‌های رفتاری در آموزش شامل تدريس در يک الگوی متوالی، ساده تا پيچيده، تدريس کسب مهارت، استفاده از اهداف رفتاری برای تعيين پيامدهای يادگيری و هدايت ارزشيابی، ايجاد طرح تدريس توسط دانشجويان، و کاربرد تقويت مثبت هستند. تئوری گشتالت از تئوری‌های شناختی دارای کاربردهايی نظير سازمان‌دهی روانی به سمت سادگی، تعادل و نظم هدايت شده، درک انتخابی محرک است. نوشتن حکايات نوشتاری و پورت فوليو نمونه‌ای از کاربرد تئوری سازندگی و مدل نقش کاربرد تئوری شناختی اجتماعی است. بر اساس تئوری يادگيری بزرگسالان فراگيران بايد فعال باشند و موارد تدريس شده برايشان کاربرد داشته باشد. نتيجه‌گيری: هر کدام از تئوری‌های يادگيری کاربرد خاصی دارند. اساتيد جهت آموزش بالينی بايد با توجه به نوع تجارب دانشجويان و مطلب مورد تدريس از تئوری مناسب برای تدريس خود استفاده کنند.
其他摘要：Introduction: The purpose of education is learning. Several theories have been raised about learning, which have tried to explain how learning occurs. They help teachers to choose teaching methods, prepare learning environment and determine students' activities. Given the importance of learning theories in education, this study aimed to review application of learning theories in nursing education. Methods: In this study, some related published literatures during 2000-2010 were selected using key words including learning, theory and nursing education. Then the selected materials were reviewed for extracting application of learning theories in nursing education. Application of behavioral learning theories, cognitive theories (including Gestalt theory, information processing, Ausubel meaningful learning, constructivism, Bandura's social learning) and adult learning theory in nursing education were discussed in this article. Results: Some applications of behavioral theories are teaching in a sequential, simple to complex pattern; teaching the skills; using behavioral objectives for determining learning outcomes and assessment; and providing teaching plan; using the nursing process and nursing care plans and positive reinforcement. Principles of Gestalt theory have been used in mental organization towards simplicity, directed balance and equilibrium, and selective stimulus perception. Writing narratives and portfolio are samples of the application of constructive theory. Role models have been used in social cognitive theory. Based on adult learning theory, learners should be active and taught material should be applicable for them. Conclusion: Each learning theory has the particular application. Nursing educators must apply proper learning theories regarding students' experience and target material.
