摘要：مقدمه: يکی از موضوعاتی که بشر با آن مواجه بوده و هست مسأله مرگ است. امروزه تعريف مرگ از جانب جامعه پزشکان تغيير اساسی کرده است و با توجه به موضوع پيوند اعضا و ارتباط آن با مرگ مغزی، سؤال اصلی اين است که آيا مرگ مغزی همان مرگ قطعی است؟ هدف اين مطالعه بررسی مبانی مرگ مغزی و آموزش پزشکی پيرامون اين موضوع می‌باشد. روش‌ها: اين پژوهش يک مطالعه مروری است که با جستجوی کتب و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی SID,Iranmedex, Google Scholar انجام گرفته است. نتايج: موافقان بيان می‌کنند روح، تصرف خود را بر بدن از راه سلول‌های عاليه مغزی اعمال می‌نمايد به گونه‌ای که هرگونه تخريبی در تمام قشر مغز ايجاد گردد، سبب ترک علقه ميان روح و جسم می‌شود. از طرفی مخالفان نيز بيا ن می‌کنند در ارتباط با موضوعات زندگی و مرگ بايد خط مشی امن را در نظر بگيريم. نتيجه‌گيری: از آنجايی که پيوند اعضا دارای نقش حياتی در نجات جان انسان‌ها دارد و شرع مقدس نيز حيات و سلامت آدمی را به عنوان اهم واجبات مورد عنايت خاص خود قرارداده است، می‌توان گفت با شناخت صحيح انسان؛ حدود و حريم پژوهش، آموزش و درمان انسان مشخص خواهد گرديد و تأمين سلامت جامعه و ادامه حيات طيبه انسانی در گرو اين شناخت است. همچنين برای افزايش آگاهی و نگرش مثبت کادر پزشکی و اقشار جامعه، نسبت به اهدای عضو، توصيه می‌گردد برنامه‌های آموزشی لازم در اين خصوص مورد توجه قرار گيرد

And with regard to organ transplantation and its association with brain death, The main question is whether brain death as death is certain? The purpose of this study is the basis of brain death and medical education on this topic. Methods: : This study is a literature review that was done by the books and databases such as Iranmedex, SID, Google Scholar. Results: Advocates tell a soul, seizing body through higher cells of the brain, so that any damage to the brain cortex, between mind and body can cause a association to leave. On the other hand, opponents are expressed that In connection with matters of life and death should consider the safety policy. Conclusion: Since organ transplantation is a crucial role in saving lives as holy religious, has placed special consideration to life and human health as the most important imperatives, it can be said with proper understanding of man; privacy of research, education and human treatment will be determined and community health and human survival depends on this understanding. Also for medical staff and social awareness and positive attitudes toward organ donation, recommended training programs need to be considered in this regard.
