摘要：مقدمه: شرط لازم برای توسعه کارآفرينی در حوزه سلامت، برخورداری دانشجويان از روحيه کارآفرينی است، لذا در اين پژوهش به بررسی ميزان روحيه کارآفرينی دانشجويان پرداخته شد. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفی مقطعی است. جامعه آماری شامل کليه دانشجويان سال آخر هر يک از مقاطع تحصيلی، رشته‌های علوم پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بود که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گيری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم جامعه، تعداد 150 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ای روا و پايا و محقق‌ساخته شامل 54 گويه با مقياس ليکرت پنج درجه‌ای بود. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آمار توصيفی و استنباطی (آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای، تی مستقل، تحليل واريانس) انجام گرفت. نتايج: ميانگين سنی دانشجويان 61/24 سال بود. ميانگين و انحراف معيار نمره کل روحيه کارآفرينی دانشجويان54/.±5/3 بود که نمايان‌گر وضعيت بالاتر از حد ميانگين(3) روحيه کارآفرينی است. ميانگين و انحراف معيار نمرات در مؤلفه‌های توفيق طلبی، کنترل درونی، استقلال طلبی و خلاقيت به ترتيب 77/0±64/3، 5/0±39/3، 67/0±56/3، 53/0±61/3 بود که بالاتر از حد ميانگين (3) بود اما ميانگين نمره مؤلفه ريسک‌پذيری(73/0±85/2) پايين‌تر از حد ميانگين(3) بود. نتيجه‌گيری: ميانگين بالاتر از حد متوسط روحيه کارآفرينی به طور کلی نمايان‌گر آمادگی بالقوه دانشجويان علوم پزشکی اصفهان در جهت کارآفرين شدن از جنبه روانشناختی است.
其他摘要：Introduction: To develop entrepreneurship in health sector, it is essential to improve entrepreneurship morale among students. So the present study aimed to investigate the degree of entrepreneurship morale among students at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The present study is a descriptive- cross sectional research. The population included senior students of all fields from whom a randomly stratified sample of 150 were selected. A researcher-made questionnaire with 54 items using 5 point Likert scale was completed by participants. Data were analyzed using descriptive indices, t-test and ANOVA. Results: The average age of the students was 24.61 years. The observed mean of entrepreneurship morale for all the students (3.5±.54, out of 5) indicated entrepreneurship morale was above theoretical average (3). Also the mean scores for its four subscales were above the scale average: “regard to achievement” (3.64±.77), “internal control” (3.39±.5), “autonomy” (3.56±.67), and “creativity” (3.61±.53), but it was lower than scale average regarding “risk-taking” subscale (2.85±.73). Conclusion: The above average level of entrepreneurship morale implies that students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences are psychologically potential to become entrepreneurs.
