摘要：مقدمه: يکی از مهم‌ترين خط مشی‌ها برای کار پرستاری، استفاده از مدل فرايند پرستاری است. اين در حالی است که بر اساس اطلاعات موجود در ايران از اين روش سيستماتيک به شکل محدود استفاده می‌شود. اين مطالعه نظرات دانشجويان پرستاری را در مورد کاربرد نرم‌افزار فرايند پرستاری طراحی شده در محيط موبايل (به عنوان روشی برای تسهيل کاربرد فرآيند) بر بالين بيمار بررسی می‌کند. روش‌ها: اين پژوهش يک مطالعه پيش تجربی است که بر روی 30 نفر از دانشجويان پرستاری در سال 1390 انجام شد. در اين مطالعه نرم‌افزاری متناسب با اهداف يادگيری فرآيند پرستاری برای بيماران بخش قلب در محيط موبايل طراحی شد و در اختيار دانشجويانی که در حال گذراندن کارآموزی قلب در بخش قلب يکی از بيمارستان‌های آموزشی اهواز بودند قرار گرفت. در پايان کارآموزی، نظرات آن‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بررسی شد. نتايج: بر اساس نظر دانشجويان، ميزان آگاهی و مهارت ايشان در مورد فرايند پرستاری بعد از استفاده از نرم‌افزار در حد مطلوبی بهبود پيدا کرد. هشتاد و شش درصد دانشجويان ميزان رضايت خود از کاربرد نرم‌افزار رادر حد زياد و خيلی زياد اعلام کردند. نتيجه‌گيری: استفاده از اين نرم‌افزار و نرم‌افزارهای مشابه می‌تواند يادگيری مهارت‌های بالينی پرستاری را برای دانشجويان پرستاری ارتقا دهد و شيوه مناسبی جهت ترغيب دانشجويان برای يادگيری و اجرای فرايند پرستاری که پايه و اساس مراقبت‌های پرستاری در بخش‌های بالينی می‌باشد را مهيا سازد.
其他摘要：Introduction: One of the most important approaches in nursing practice is using the nursing process model. Yet, according to the existing information, this systematic method is not widely used in Iran. Therefore, the objective of this research was to study nursing students’ opinions about a nursing process mobile software (as a means for facilitating nursing process implementation) for bedside use. Methods: This research is a pre-experimental study on 30 nursing students in 2011. The mobile software was developed according to the leaning objectives regarding nursing process in cardiology ward. It was provided to nursing students enrolled in the cardiac ward training rotation in a teaching hospital in Ahwaz. At the end of rotation, the viewpoints of the nursing students were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. Results: According to the most students, their knowledge and skills in nursing process was satisfactorily improved after using the software. In general, 86%. of students claimed high satisfaction rate about software. Conclusion: Using this software and similar tools can improve clinical skills of nursing students and encourage them to learn and implement the nursing process and thus prepare them for nursing care in clinic.
