摘要：مقدمه: محيط آموزش بالينی دارای نقش مهمی در يادگيری بالينی دانشجويان پرستاری است. هرگونه اختلاف بين محيط بالينی واقعی و مورد انتظار دانشجويان پرستاری می‌تواند منجر به کاهش يادگيری بالينی دانشجويان پرستاری گردد. هدف مطالعه حاضر مقايسه درک دانشجويان پرستاری از وضعيت واقعی و مورد انتظار محيط آموزش بالينی در حيطه‌های حمايت و نظارت بود. روش‌ها: در اين مطالعه توصيفی 96 دانشجوی کارشناسی پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامايی زنجان از طريق سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه "ارزيابی ميزان حمايت و نظارت درک شده" که در دو نسخه وضعيت واقعی و مورد انتظار طراحی شده است، استفاده شد. هر کدام از نسخه‌ها حاوی 29 سؤال در دو حيطه نظارت و حمايت است. تجزيه و تحليل يافته‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفی و استنباطی انجام گرفت. نتايج: اختلاف آماری معناداری بين درک واقعی و مورد انتظار دانشجويان پرستاری از حمايت و نظارت وجود دارد. به عبارت ديگر دانشجويان بر اين باور بوده‌اند که در حيطه حمايت، انتظارات آنها برآورده نشده و در حيطه نظارت، ميزان نظارت اعمال شده بيش از انتظار دانشجويان بوده است(001/>p). نتيجه‌گيری: شکافی بين وضعيت واقعی و مورد انتظار دانشجويان پرستاری در مورد حمايت و نظارت در محيط‌های بالينی وجود دارد. اين شکاف می‌تواند اثرات منفی بر يادگيری بالينی انشجويان داشته باشد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Clinical learning environment has an important role in clinical learning of nursing students. Any differences between students’ perspectives in expected and actual environment may result in decreased clinical learning. Therefore, the present study aimed to compare nursing students’ perspectives on actual and ideal support and supervision in clinical setting. Methods: In this descriptive study a census sample of 96 nursing students in Zanjan University of Medical Sciences were chosen. For data gathering, the actual and ideal parallel forms of "Perception of Extent of Support and Supervision Survey" were used. Each form has 29 items in two support and supervision subscales. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: There were statistical differences between actual and ideal perception of nursing students in support and supervision domains, so that in support domain, the expectation of nursing students was not met by clinical instructors and in supervision domain, the actual degree of supervision is greater than the students' expectation (p> .000). Conclusion: There is a gap between actual and ideal perception of nursing students about support and supervision in clinical setting. This gap may have negative effects on clinical learning of students.
