摘要：مقدمه: شناخت نظرات دانشجويان در مورد ارزشيابی استاد و عوامل مؤثر بر آن و همچنين اطلاع از ديدگاه‌های آنها در مورد روند اجرايی و اثربخشی ارزشيابی استاد می‌تواند برنامه‌ريزان را با نقاط قوت و ضعف آن در دانشگاه آشنا و امکان اصلاح و بهبود کيفيت آن را فراهم نمايد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعيين نظرات دانشجويان در مورد عوامل مؤثر در ارزشيابی استاد در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز انجام شد. روش‌ها: در مطالعه‌ای توصيفی، 423 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌ای پايا و روا مشتمل بر 64 سؤال بسته بود. پرسشنامه‌ها در محل دانشکده‌ها توزيع و جمع‌آوری گرديد. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS، به صورت درصد فراوانی، ميانگين و آزمون مجذور کای و همبستگی پيرسون مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج: شصت و پنج و هشت دهم درصد دانشجويان، ارزيابی‌های دانشجويی را يک منبع معتبر و قابل اعتماد می‌دانند و اعتقاد دارند دانشجويان در بيان نظراتشان درباره اساتيد خود صداقت دارند. قدرت بيان و روش تدريس استاد با ميانگين 05/4 به عنوان مهم‌ترين عامل در تدريس مؤثر و موفق استاد معرفی شده است. با اندکی تفاوت، توان علمی و اخلاق و رفتار استاد با دانشجويان در اولويت‌های بعدی قرار دارند. بين نظرات دختران و پسران و دانشجويان با معدل تحصيلی بالا و پايين در ارتباط با عوامل مؤثر در ارزشيابی استاد تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. نتيجه‌گيری: هر سه ويژگی حرفه‌ای، علمی و فردی استاد با اندکی تفاوت در ارزشيابی استاد توسط دانشجو مهم تلقی شده است. جمع‌بندی نتايج تحقيقات انجام شده در کشور در اين زمينه و بهره‌برداری از نتايج حاصل در جهت تدوين پرسشنامه و روند اجرای ارزيابی‌ها می‌تواند در اصلاح اشکالات سيستم ارزشيابی و استاندارد نمودن آن کمک شايانی نمايد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Gathering students’ viewpoints about teacher evaluation, its effective factors and its process, can identify the strength and weaknesses of teacher evaluation and provide the possibility to improve its quality. The aim of this study was to determine the viewpoints of students about the factors affecting evaluation of teaching in Jondishapour Medical University. Method: In a descriptive study 423 students were studied using a valid and reliable questionnaire including 64 closed questions. The questionnaires were distributed and gathered at the schools of Medical University. The data was analyzed by SPSS software using frequency distribution, mean, chi2 and Pearson correlation coeficient. Results: Sixty five point eight percent of students believed that students were a valid and reliable source for teacher evaluation and they were truthful in their opinions. The verbal skills and teaching methods of the faculty member were introduced as the most important factors of effective teaching with the mean of 4.05. With a little difference, scientific ability, ethical issue, and behavior with students were in next priorities. No significant difference was observed between male and female students and between high mean score and low mean score students in regard to effective factors in teaching evaluation. Conclusion: The three professional, scientific and personal characteristics of faculty members were considered important with some small differences. A study on different researches on teacher evaluation is recommended to use the results for designing a more appropriate questionnaire and evaluation process. This can make a considerable help regarding the improvement of teacher evaluation system.
