- 摘要：
چکيده
هدف: بررسی حاضر با هدف تعيين ميزان کاربری الگوی پرسيد در کاهش ميزان اضطراب مأموران آتش‌نشانی تهران انجام شده است.
روش: بررسی حاضر يک بررسی شبه‌آزمايشی است. آزمودنی‌های پژوهش را 118 مأمور آتش‌نشانی شهر تهران تشکيل دادند که به روش نمونه‌گيری چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برنامه آموزشی با بهره‌گيری از الگوی پرسيد و نظريه‌های خودکارآمدی و آموزش بزرگسالان در قالب اين الگو تدوين شد. داده‌های پژوهش به کمک آزمون t، t زوج و آزمون خی‌دو تحليل گرديد.
يافته‌ها: از نظر ميزان اضطراب آشکار و اضطراب پنهان، بين گروه‌های آزمايشی و گواه پس از آموزش تفاوت معنیداری ديده شد و تنها در گروه آزمايشی ميان اضطراب آشکار و پنهان پيش و پس از آموزش تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت.
نتيجه: اين بررسی نشان‌دهنده کاربرد مؤثر الگوی پرسيد در کاهش ميزان اضطراب آشکار و پنهان مأموران آتش‌نشانی می‌باشد.

Tehran Findings:A significant difference was noted between the control and study groups on the level of trait anxiety and state anxiety after the training.Only in the study group,a significant difference was found between trait anxiety and state anxiety before and after the intervention.
Results:This evaluation illustrated the effectiveness of PRECEDE model in reducing trait anxiety and state anxiety in firemen.
