摘要：Diabetes mellitus, a life-threatening disease of our time was critically studied in this paper with the aim of designing a model that can be used to detect this disease so that people on their own and right in their homes can determine their health status as pertaining to this disease without consulting a physician. The model was developed using Minimum Covariance Determinant (MCD) classifier and it has 1 percent of misclassification error.
