摘要:This study is motivated by the high failure rate of enterprise resource planning (ERP). An analysis is conducted of the numerous studies that have attempted to explore factors that may lead to success in ERP. A descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative approach was used to examine the critical success factors (CSFs) and their effect on emerging ERP success in public and large private organizations in Jordan. The overall findings of this study indicate that the CSFs for ERP in the private sector are totally different from those in the public sector and that various stakeholders have different opinions regarding these factors.
