  • 摘要:The purpose of this research is to investigate the Relation of work-life balance, happiness, and employee performance, Accordingly, a questionnaire-based survey was designed to test the aforementioned model based on dataset of 289 employees' from the ( Med Pharma), Pharmaceutical industries in Jordan, Multiple regression was conducted to examined the research hypotheses. The results indicated that work-life balance and happiness positively and significantly affect employee performance. However, job satisfaction non-impact in employee performance. The results have enormous implication for the Pharmaceutical industries sector in Jordan.
