摘要：This paper gives a blueprint of using Toll Free Number in the field of library and information science. Many organizations are using their toll free number for promotion of their product and also need of their users. Our aim is to implement toll free number for all central university libraries in India. For this data was collected from content analysis method and analyse that data by which making prototype of toll free number for libraries was observed. It fulfills all the basic needs of library services on cell phone without any charge, it means this service is free of cost for everyone.
